How it works
When you add the rebuild service, the hub builds your bike back up for you when you get home. Bring the box back with your bike still packed inside, and the hub’s mechanics get it ready to ride.
What’s included
The hub’s mechanics reassemble your bike — refitting the wheels, pedals, handlebars and anything else removed for the flight — then check the gears and brakes before you ride it away.
Arranging a time
Once you’ve booked, you and the hub both get an email so you can arrange a convenient time. Depending on the hub, the rebuild is done while you wait or you collect your bike a little later.
Availability
Rebuild is offered at participating hubs, and each hub’s page shows whether it’s one of them. If a hub doesn’t offer rebuild, the option won’t appear when you book.
