How it works
When you add the packing service to your booking, the hub packs your bike into the box for you. Drop your bike off at the hub before your trip and collect it boxed up and ready to go.
What’s included
The hub’s mechanics take off the wheels and pedals, remove the handlebars if needed, and pack and secure everything in the box so it’s protected for the flight.
Arranging a time
You choose a preferred drop-off time at checkout and the hub confirms it by email. Allow the hub time to do the job properly — if you need the bike packed while you wait, say so when you book.
Availability
Packing is offered at participating hubs, and each hub’s page shows whether it’s one of them. If a hub doesn’t offer packing, the option won’t appear when you book and you’ll pack the bike yourself.
